How many people do you know that struggle with occasional brain fog? I do and I bet you do too sometimes. Lack of sleep, poor diet choices, and lots of other causes (caffeine deficiency? haha just kidding) Of course, sometimes you need to get a real diagnosis, and this info is not intended to do that. This is for the every now and then days when you just need a boost.

These are some of the oils I use when I need to think clearly.
Peppermint – a classic scent/flavor that people all over the world use to perk up. But most people have never had peppermint like Young Living brand! This is not a food grade oil, and is much stronger. One drop is equal to approximately 28 cups of peppermint tea! I love a drop rubbed onto my temples or back of the neck.
Clarity – my favorite for when I have mental fatigue, especially when I’m trying to accomplish a task or study.

Frankincense – has calming and balancing properties and may heighten the ability to concentrate
NingXia Nitro – a brand new product that I am in love with! I feel more alert, but not jittery. It is formulated for “cognitive fitness”. Whatever that means. I just feel good when I use it daily.
